A ExoStep class includes a range of dynamic movements to work out your whole body. You will start with an all over body warm up. This is then followed by your first step routine! Carefully choreographed moves are designed to get your steps faster and keep your heart rate high. Movements are tailored to target your fat loss, toning and cardio endurance goals. Abdominal conditioning to target your core, then a cool down to centre yourself so you are ready to take on the rest of the day.
What you need to bring to your class
Come along in gym gear that allows you to move easily. You will also need a drink bottle and a sweat towel. Your steps will be waiting for you; it is up to you to decide how high you want to step!
