I have had extensive training in Martial Arts, including full time training and living at the Shaolin Temple, China. I strongly believe in training the mind as well as the body, incorporating breathing technique to ensure balance and harmony throughout the body.
With my background in Tai Chi and Shaolin Kempo, my philosophy on training combines both strict form and technique, and that a well-rounded approach is needed for sustained successful results. I have the tools needed to not only to improve your quality of life but to educate you with a maintainable approach to ensure longevity.
I also have a strong background in weights training with over 8 years’ experience in muscle building. I am currently practicing Intermittent Fasting with very good results.
