HIIT

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is our new programme designed to enhance your workout regime, whether your goal is to increase cardio fitness, reduce stress, tone up or fat burn – you will burn the most calories in a short amount of time!

Pilates

Improve your core strength, joint stability and the look and feel of your body. Pilates is perfect if you are looking to advance your concentration, strength, breathing control or to try something different to develop your fitness.

Get your fitness fix with this all over body workout! This circuit class will improve your strength and aerobic fitness, and with only one minute on each station this is a great class for every fitness level.

Power

Power is a challenging programme of strength and endurance training using an interchangeable barbell. It brings the gym weights workout into the exciting and funfilled Group Exercise Studio with a great instructor and awesome music!

Yoga

Yoga is a great complimentary workout and just a bit of a break from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Yoga is simply a great way to de-stress, keep your mind quiet and work on the overall function of your body.

Top Ride

This class will put your pedal to the metal to help you burn fat and relieve stress quickly and effectively, toning buttocks and legs, sending your Cardiovascular and Respiratory fitness into overdrive.

Box Circuit

A boxing based class using focus pads and boxing combinations in tandem with a partner. You will be taught correct techniques and patterns of movement, whilst buddied up with a partner to make sure you work hard!

Power Cardio

Based on our Radical Fitness Power class, this high intensity class will carve that definition into your muscles! Incorporating exciting aerobic tracks, this combo class is the perfect way to increase your muscular and cardiovascular endurance.

Virtual Classes
