It’s finally here. For those people that need a partner to join them for their sessions, to count those reps, to keep you on track and let you know exactly how much you are killing your training… Meet Fitlinxx. Each Exodus member who opts for a programme will have access to Fitlinxx.
Fitlinxx is an ‘intelligent’ computerised system that attaches directly to our fitness equipment. Fitlinxx adapts to the users’ exercise programmes, and coaches members individually through their workout for better form, safety and confidence during every exercise, and tracks their progress over time. Who wouldn’t want a friend like that?
Whether you are working on cardio, weights or even classes, this system will walk with you every step of the way while you crush your goals and set those records. Inside or out, Fitlinxx will provide you with access to your progress through your fitness journey that goes beyond a simple programme. Elect to receive these updates directly to your email to keep your motivation (and your friend’s jealousy) running high and your goals to new heights.
Grab one of the Exodus Fitness Consultants to set you up with Fitlinxx.

Cross Pilates offers both individual and buddy Pilates sessions, for all skill levels! Each session varies, with a combination of mat work and our tailor made Reformer and Cadillac (not the car). Amanda has come to us from across the ditch (don’t hold it against her too much!) and is a Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, trained through Tania Huddart (PMA) at Hearts and Bones Pilates. Amanda graduated from the New Zealand School of Dance, being awarded a National Diploma in Dance performance as well as achieving her Certificate IV in Performing Arts. During this time she danced with the Royal New Zealand Ballet Company, National tour season of Swan Lake and the Mozart Music Festival NZSD. Pilates played an influential role in her rehabilitation after having overcome a major hip bone injury. This in turn has given her a strong relationship to Pilates and dance.
Throughout her own life experience Amanda has developed a great awareness for injury prevention and rehabilitation and is excited about sharing her knowledge in a caring and charismatic way. Amanda is also currently the head Pilates teacher for the New Zealand School of Dance Scholars Programme.

We don’t just sit on the sidelines, we get involved. Occasionally you might see some of Wellington’s elite sporting teams in the club (don’t freak out, they need to train too!)
Whether it be Steven Adams, Irene van Dyk or Paul Ifill – greatness has to start somewhere. We enjoy being a part of the training process which helps athletes like these stay in peak condition; and give the youth of New Zealand a standard to strive for.
Here are some of our sponsors below:
Don’t worry about the babysitter, bring your little training buddy in with you! Enjoy a couple of hours to work on yourself while we entertain your little ones in our Little Feet child minding service. We cater for children aged 6 months up to 6 years.
This service is run Monday – Thursday between 9am and 11am in the Mind and Body Studio upstairs.
Donations of $2 per child help provide toys for an exciting environment your little ones can get lost in while you find your peak fitness again.
As we are running Little Feet on a donation basis, we do require that guardians ensure that each child has the following items for each session:
To take advantage of this service, you will need to provide a copy of your child’s Immunisation certificate and fill in a registration form at reception.
Once you have completed these two items you can make a booking below or ring our Reception team on 04 978 9700.

Our experience isn’t about a few pieces of machinery inside a building. This is a carefully tailored environment to help you ‘set the record straight’ and mould the new you.
It’s not about having over 66 pieces of cardio equipment. Race to the bike or treadmill on our first floor instead of the sofa and be rewarded with your own personal SKY channels to choose from. It’s not about over 100 free weights, machines and training equipment in a dedicated floor upstairs. It’s not even just about being able to enjoy yourself. Rest, relax and indulge after a workout in our sauna or steam room. Unwind.
It is about you. Whatever your reason, it’s a good one. Care to try us and experience the difference?

Everyone needs to slow down at some stage. Why not try the sauna or steam room? So they’re a couple of warm rooms. Sure, you’ve heard they’re good for you. But what’s the point?
As soon as you step into our steam room or sauna, the warmth will open the pores of your skin removing toxins, creating a flow of perspiration lifting out the grime of everyday life. Your skin is cleansed and toned leaving it feeling soft, supple and healthy. You emerge rested and rejuvenated, ready to take on the world and all it can throw at you.
To cool off further, watch TV or read from a selection of magazines in the Sauna and Steam Room lounge/wet area.
This is your cocoon; a moment away from the stress and rush of your hectic lifestyle. That’s got to be a good thing right?

One of those little details you were worrying about? We have it sorted. Exodus offers 90 minutes of free car parking to members. More than enough time to get in, test your limits and set that record straight. We’ll sweat the small things so you can concentrate on bigger things.
