I have always been passionate about music, fitness and having fun – so what better way to express this than with Group Fitness. I’ve been teaching Group Fitness classes for over 10 years now, and my favourite classes to teach are anything to do with dance. With a background in a number of trained dance styles, and having been a Master Trainer, national and international presenter for Radical Fitness in their dance programmes, this further enhances my abilities to give you a great class experience at Exodus.
I’d definitely recommend Zumba to anyone that is looking for a fun workout that is “exercise in disguise” – it’s a terrific way to get you towards your fitness and weight loss goals.

I am a fully-qualified personal trainer and competitve body-builder and have been teaching group fitness programmes since I was 17 years old. I am still just as passionate about the fitness industry today as I was back then! I have been with Radical Fitness International for past 4 years, and during this time have become a Master Trainer in Power, X55, Oxigeno, Ki Max, Figth Do and UBound which means that I now train people to teach these programmes.
The main highlight for me would have to be becoming a National and International presenter in these programmes, and getting the opportunity to share the stage with Radical Instructors from around the world.
I am currently teaching Power and BoxCircuit at Exodus, so if you want to experience a great muscle-toning, calorie-burning workout then come along and share my passion with me!
Man of leisure by day, Group Fitness Instructor by night. I’ve had a passion for teaching group exercise and have been a Group Fitness Instructor for many years now… I love the energy and enthusiasm the class generates and of course the music is wicked too! Watching people improve their quality of life while having FUN is what I’m passionate about, come along and try out my Top Ride and Power class.

Welcome to the engine room. These individuals are the engineers of the Exodus experience; working behind the scenes to keep the Exodus machine running smoothly and sweating the small stuff so you won’t have to.
Whatever your reason, it’s a good one. That’s why we have a team of Membership Consultants on hand to introduce and direct the first stages you take in making a difference in your life.
These consultants will be your training wheels as they guide you through your first steps at the club – whether you are just wanting to give the Exodus experience a try, have questions or join the movement, these individuals will ensure you know how to maximise the premier experience Exodus has to offer and customise a package to suit your health and fitness needs.

FREE Fitness Programmes
Make the most of your training and see one of our Fitness Consultants for a FREE fitness programme included with all memberships!
How do I get started? Book yourself at Reception for an initial consultation which takes between 20-30min located upstairs in a private assessment room. We take your measurements, including blood pressure, and find out more about your exercise history and goals! From here, we can book you back in to see us to take you through your personalized programme which can take up to an hour. Please allow at least 2 days for us to write up your programme.
How is this different to a Personal Training session? A Personal Trainer takes you on a 1-on-1 session which may include more technical exercises such as deadlifts, squats, box jumps etc. Working with a PT also means you are able to get instant feedback right away, plus may include help with nutrition and more advanced training including rehab.
Our Fitness Consultants on the other hand take you through your programme to show you the exercises (more suited to beginners) and you follow the routine for 6-8 weeks on your own.
How often can I book in for a programme? We encourage you to book yourself in for a Review to track your progress and to change up your routine every 6-8 weeks. However at any time, if you would like us to show you how to use a piece of equipment, or be shown a new exercise, feel free to grab us on the gym floor (if available) or book in for a quick programme at reception. For more technical exercises we recommend that you contact a Personal Trainer.
